In 2025, INVINCIBLE® and ASICS reinterpreted the iconic running silhouette, the GEL-NIMBUS 10.1. Building on that vision, the two brands teamed up again in 2026, joined by menswear brand MADNESS. As the first collaboration between the three brands, they unveiled the GEL-KAYANO 12.1.

This collaboration fuses INVINCIBLE®'s perspective on culture, ASICS's established performance tradition, and MADNESS's sophisticated interpretation of vintage sportswear, reconstructing the classic running silhouette from a modern viewpoint.

Inspired by a world that blends urban running and outdoor exploration, the design expresses the layered texture found on dolomite rock faces by intricately combining 10 different materials. Translucent mesh, layered construction, and tactile finishes create an aesthetic that deliberately conveys roughness and incompleteness, while ensuring lightness and breathability.
